Removing Scuff Marks From Stoneware
- 1). Wash the stoneware in warm water to remove food debris, but don't submerge it. Some manufacturers recommend dish soap, while others recommend plain water only.
- 2). Mix 1/2 cup baking soda or powdered cleaner with 3 tbsp. water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the stoneware and rub it gently to remove stains. Alternatively, apply a small amount of stoneware cleaner to the stoneware and rub it gently.
- 3). Rinse the cleaner off the stoneware with running water. Dry the stoneware promptly with a clean dish towel.
