How Does the Skinny Switch Eating Plan Work?

103 32
With the amount of time we spend eating, thinking about food or looking at food, you would think we would all be experts on the subject by now.
Just because we spend lots of time eating it does not mean we understand how food works.
Many people know how to drive a car but would have trouble explaining how it works.
This is the same for food and dieting, we know we need to eat a healthy balanced diet but not many of us could say for sure exactly what a god diet is.
Due to the general lack of information and understanding about the relationship between our bodies and food many of us are eating an unhealthy diet.
As a consequence we now have a problem with health related issues and weight problems.
If you have been on a diet for any length of time then you know how difficult it can be to lose weight, particularly those stubborn fatty areas.
Many diets are difficult to follow and to stick to but a new understanding of how our body metabolises food have lead to a new type of diet.
Traditionally a diet has meant that we eat a lot less, whilst these types of diet are fine they often leave us hungry.
Newer diets such as the skinny switch secret developed by Rob Nevins use a new methodology.
In a nutshell it teaches you how to eat in such a way as to encourage the body to metabolise and burn fat.
The idea behind these new eating plans is that not all foods are equal and tat everyone is different.
No two body shapes are exactly the same and we all have different eating patterns.
Whilst this is a simplistic explanation it does give you an idea of how eating to slim works.
Imagine you have two large plates of food, both piled up so they both look like equal sized piles of food.
One plate has just celery and the other has cheese.
You have probably already realised what is going to happen.
If you ate the plate of cheese you would have ingested a calorie dense meal whilst n equal amount of celery would fill you up as much but would be much less dense I calories.
With the plate of cheese you would have eaten more calories than you need and therefore much of that calorie intake would be stored as fat in your body.
With the celery you would probably not e storing any of that calorie intake as fat and may have even burned off a small part of your existing fat stores.
Whilst this is very simplistic a proper eating plan would include a properly balance meal plan so as you got all the nutrients you need.
You would not normally eat that much celery, there is an actual celery diet and guess what, it does not work.
The reason for this is that you would soon feel hungry, you would not be getting all the goodness the body needs and you would soon be sick of the taste of celery.
