Have you tried the P90X workout and P90x diet yet? If you are a woman like me, you may be interested in the results that women are experiencing on this popular fitness plan.
In this article I will share my own results as well as how you too can get toned and pumped on this workout system.
First of all, I want to let you in on my little secret that makes this plan completely achievable...
at least for me, it`s a lifesaver.
P90X results women experience can only be seen when the exercise program is accompanied by the nutritional plan.
Can you be eating chocolate and bread on this program? Well surprisingly enough, you can...
sort of.
You see, during the week, you need to follow the meal plan and eat super clean.
It`s certainly not a starvation diet though since you need the protein and fiber to reshape and tone your body.
So when do you get to have a cheat day? One day a week works for me! I know, I know, some people say you shouldn`t do the cheat day because it willjeopardize your efforts.
For me, it`s the glue that keeps me keeping on for the full 90 days.
Every Sunday is sacred for me, I do no exercises and eat whatever I want yet try to prioritize so I don`t eat too excessively.
By the Wednesday, the pounds I gained from this day off are gone plus a few more by week`s end.
I guess I kind of combine Tim Ferris`s techniques in the four hour diet.
Maybe this delayed gratification technique would work for you.
If you are training for fitness competitions, then maybe you will have the motivation to never cheat on the diet.
Other people prefer to eat an 80% clean diet with a 20% less clean or a 90-10 ratio to keep them sane on a daily basis.
As for the exercise program, I love it.
After doing it so many times, I still crack up at Tony Horton`s jokes and enjoy the intensity of it.
It`s a full hour just for myself, me taking care of my body.
And it works! The day after a workout I feel the pain in a good way.
You know what I mean...
the feeling that you know is building muscles.
If you love lifting weights and exercising with a video program in the comfort of your own home, you will enjoy this program for sure.
It`s easy to follow not like the dance-exercise programs that always discourage me.
And after 90 days, you won`t recognize your body.
