Can The Nutrisystem Breakfast, Snacks And Desserts Be Swapped For One Another?

I sometimes hear from people who either crave salty or sweet foods first things in the morning and who are wondering if it would be acceptable to have some of their favorite Nutrisystem snacks or desserts rather than the items that have been provided for breakfast.
I heard from someone who said: "I actually like salty foods in the morning.
I really like the Nutrisystem pretzel snacks and would love to have them for breakfast sometimes.
But I'm not sure if this is permissible since they're technically a snack rather than a breakfast food.
Would this be allowed? How about the desserts? What if I wanted to have some of the cookies for breakfast if I were in a hurry to walk out the door?" Keep in mind that I'm only going to tell you my opinion based on what I see in actual practice.

But, I do know that it's relatively common to swap around the foods.
And the reason for this is that most of the prepackaged foods are somewhat similar in terms of calories, proteins and carbs.
In other words, you wouldn't be taking in significantly less or fewer calories either way regardless of whether you were eating a snack, a dessert, or a breakfast.
In terms of what your body is taking in, the foods are somewhat interchangeable.
For example, let's look at Nutrisystem's pretzels that she really liked in the morning.
They contain 100 calories, 14 grams of carbs, and 8 grams of proteins.
Now, let's look at a popular breakfast item for comparison sake.
I'll choose the apple cinnamon oatmeal which has 130 calories, 24 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of protein.
Now, there are some small differences but not enough to throw off your diet, especially if you then had a breakfast item for a snack later.
Let's also look at a dessert to see if it's all that different.

The cookies mentioned have 150 calories, 18 grams of carbs, and 7 of protein.
As hopefully, you can see, none of these are significantly different.
With all of this said, if you're ordering one of the packages and you make this a habit, then you may have to have breakfast as a snack sometimes so that you don't run out of food.
I think that this will be fine for most people because many of the breakfast foods could easily be a snack or even a dessert.
I am pretty fond of eating cereal in the evenings just out of convenience.
So to answer the question posed, if you want an official answer, you should ask Nutrisystem.
But many people swap around their foods, especially after they have been on the diet for a while and they have gained some confidence that little tweaks aren't going to hurt their results.
If you're only beginning the diet and aren't sure, then you might consider getting some good results behind you before you begin to make changes (just so you'll be able to correlate any changes to your regimen to any changes in results.
) But frankly, I don't see how there could be much of a change when for the most part you will be swapping foods that are nearly identical in terms of calories and nutrition.
But this is only my opinion.
