How to Make a Sticker Chart
- 1). Place the piece of paper on a flat surface. Lay the ruler on the paper vertically one inch from the edge of the paper. Draw against the side of the ruler. Move the ruler one inch away from the first line and draw another line. Repeat until you have seven vertical lines.
- 2). Move the ruler horizontally so the top left corner of the ruler meets the top of the first vertical line. Draw a line. Move the ruler down one inch and draw another horizontal line across all the vertical lines. Repeat until you've drawn eight lines.
- 3). Write the first day of the week, chore or whatever the chart is being used for in the first top box. Repeat with different days, chores or other items in the other boxes. Put one per top box.
- 4). Put the stickers in the lower boxes when a task is accomplished. For example, if the chart is for potty training, place a sticker in each box under "Sunday" when the child uses the toilet.
