- 1). Unscrew the right engine mount bolt, located at along the frame rail between the front and rear cylinder, using a 14 mm socket.
- 2). Insert the replacement motor mount bolt into the right frame slider puck. Coat the threads of the replacement motor mount bolt with a medium-strength thread-locking adhesive.
- 3). Screw the right frame slider puck and the replacement motor mount bolt into the motorcycle's frame, using a 14 mm socket. Tighten the bolt to 50 foot-pounds, using a torque wrench.
- 4). Unscrew the left motor mount bolt from the frame, using a 14 mm socket.
- 5). Insert the replacement motor mount bolt into the left frame slider puck. Coat the threads of the replacement motor mount bolt with a medium-strength thread-locking adhesive.
- 6). Screw the right frame slider puck and the replacement motor mount bolt into the motorcycle's frame, using a 14 mm socket. Tighten the bolt to 50 foot-pounds, using a torque wrench.
