- 1). Set the watch face down on a soft surface and wipe the case back with a soft cloth to prevent any dust from entering the watch when the case back is opened.
- 2). Place the flat edge of a small standard screwdriver, such as one meant for eyeglasses, into the indent on the side of the watch in between the watch and the case back.
- 3). Apply light pressure to the screwdriver to gently lift the case back up and off of the watch.
- 4). Replace the battery as needed. When finished, set the case back on the watch and align the indents. Push with your thumbs to close the case back.
