    • 1). Turn off the engine and the wiper motor. Lift the wiper arm from the windshield. Pry off the plastic cap that covers the wiper arm nut, using your fingers or a flat-head screwdriver. Detach the wiper arm nut, using your 15-mm socket,

    • 2). Remove the wiper arm and the blade with a pliers. Don't worry about scratching the arm, as you'll be replacing it.

    • 3). Connect the new wiper arm to the wiper shaft by positioning the pivot ends to the pivot shaft. Place the pivot hole over the pivot shaft and apply enough pressure to lock it in place. Tighten the 15-mm nut with your socket wrench and replace the plastic cap.
