- 1). Tap the "Messages" icon on the homescreen of your Alcatel OT-708 device.
- 2). Tap "Inbox" to display a list of all read and unread text messages.
- 3). Select an individual message to read it.
- 4). Tap the "Reply" option to text a reply to the current text message. Type your text message and tap the "Send" button to send the text message.
- 5). Tap the "New Message" option to create a new text message. In the "To" field, enter the 10-digit cellular phone number where you want to send the text message. Enter your text message and tap the "Send" button.
