Sleep and the lack of it.
After looking at lots of programs promising to help individuals with their sleep issues I have the following advice to share with you: I have always taken for granted that slumber was the period when the body resets and recovers from the activities of the daytime.

Barbiturates should not be taken unless prescribed by a doctor.
