- 1). Press *67 on your phone's keypad prior to dialing a phone number. This will block your information from appearing on the Caller ID display for a single call.
- 2). Dial the complete phone number using your phone's keypad.
- 3). Press the "Send" key on your AT&T Wireless phone to connect your call. If you are using a landline phone, your phone call will connect automatically after dialing the number.
- 4). To block all calls, contact customer service. Dial 611 or 800-331-0500 from your AT&T Wireless phone, or dial 800-205-6268 from your AT&T landline phone. Tell the customer service representative that you want to block your Caller ID information for all calls made from your cellular or landline telephone.
