You're probably here because you've tried a few weight loss plans to no avail. Well, problem solved - your own personal hand-picked weight loss plan. Here's everything you need to know. Now is definitely a time you want to be honest with yourself if you plan on succeeding. The things your weight loss plan should consist of:

1. A healthy diet. Find one you can handle regardless if it's much of an improvement or not, anything is better than not having one at all. Just be sure to challenge yourself at least one week a month.

2. A cardio work out. Alternate 2 and 3 days every other week for your first month. If you can handle it/ have the time, do two different methods of cardio on your designated cardio days.

3. Strength training and/or slimming techniques. However you choose to do your cardio, do these exercises in the same fashion, different days.

4. Pay attention to what you drink. At least a half gallon of water a day is the way to go.

5. Health supplements. Get these if you really want to do it big. Bars, shakes and pills or a crazy combination.

6. Goals.

Diet Plan
Start with the diet part of your program because it'll be harder to find specific diets that you can stick to. When picking your diet plan, make sure it has a proven success rate and that its not coming from a site with a bunch of obvious fake testimonials, usually you can tell because they all say the same thing in different words with different people. After you filter out the garbage and find a diet you want to incorporate into your plan, be sure to do some research first. Avoid diet foods as much as possible. They're bad for your metabolism and the artificial sweeteners really do a number on your body.

Cardio Plan
Find a nice combination of things you actually enjoy doing. For example, I jog 2 days a week and bike 2 days a week. Set a time limit and always stick to it. Now might be a good time to invest in a heart rate monitor to help keep track of your progress.

Goals
Set goals and make sure your keeping track of everything you do so you can actually witness yourself accomplishing what you set out to do. Keep a calendar with your exercises and diets written up and hang that bad boy on your wall in a place where you're forced to look at it every day. Set your weight loss plan to get more intense and you see fit. Get yourself a little notebook and a nice new pencil and get to designing that plan.
