- 1). Open iDVD by clicking the icon on your dock, or select "Go" from the Finder menu, then scroll to "Applications." Double-click on the "iDVD" icon when the folder opens.
- 2). Click the "Magic iDVD" button in the iDVD window that opens. Title your DVD in the "DVD Title" text field. Click the pull-down "Themes" menu to show the various versions of iDVD themes to display. Choose a theme by clicking on its thumbnail.
- 3). Click the "Photos" tab on the "Media Browser." Your iPhoto library opens and displays the contents of your events and albums. Click and drag the photo's thumbnail image to the "Drop Photos Here" well, or drag an entire event or folder to a well.
- 4). Click the "Audio" tab to add music to your photo slideshow. Drag an audio file from your iTunes library to the photo well.
- 5). Click the "Preview" button to view the slideshow. Click the "Exit" button when you are satisfied with the slideshow.
- 6). Click the "Burn" button, then insert a blank DVD into the optical drive. The disk ejects automatically after the burn process is complete.
