    • 1). Log in to the "Account Manager."

    • 2). Click on "Web Hosting" located under "Products." Locate your website and click on the "Launch" button next to it.

    • 3). Click on "FTP Users" under "Settings." Select "Add FTP User."

    • 4). Type a user name and password for the new remote-access FTP account.

    • 5). Click to select a "Path" to choose what areas of the website will be accessible to your customers. You may choose a sub-directory that will limit your customers to selected web pages; or the root level directory that will give access to your entire hosting account; or even create a new directory that will be specifically accessible to your customers.

    • 6). Click on "Save." Make sure to let your customers know the user name and the password you used in Step 4.
