- 1). Call the Comcast service phone number at 800-COMCAST (800-266-2278).
- 2). Speak to someone in the Internet service department and tell them you are a Comcast Internet service subscriber. Give them your name and they will create an email address for you. Make sure to tell them about any username preferences you have. Once the email address has been created, the service representative will give you a temporary password.
- 3). Sign in to your Comcast email address from the login page (see Resources) and change your password. Logging in for the first time will also "activate" your account.
