He calls it, Carpaccio di Wagyu di Manzo Farcito Con Burratina di Corato, Rucola Selvatica con Funghi Misti Sottoaceto, which is Wagyu Beef Carpaccio Cannellone Filled with Burrata Cheese, Wild Rocket and Pickled Mushrooms. This meat is sliced thin enough to melt in your mouth, and it goes excellent with a nice glass of Prosecco.

Like most Italian restaurants, the quality of the pasta signifies the quality of the kitchen. At PepeNero, Chef Marco Violano makes his very own pasta from scratch. Chef Marco Violano takes pride in his vegetarian dishes as well. The vegetables are just as savoury as the meat with a dish like Millefoglie di Melanzane con Mozzarella di Bufala con Salsa Pomodoro "Sammarzano" which is Millefoglie of Organic Eggplant with Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese and Caprese Sauce. This eggplant is extremely tender with exploding flavours. You won't be disappointed.

Southern Italian cuisine consists of many seafood dishes, and, at PepeNero, you will find everything from Yellow Fin Tuna to Octopus on the menu. Speaking of Octopus, something special that you're sure not find anywhere else is Chef Marco Violano's Tentacoli di Polipo Arrostiti con Purea di Patate, Pomodorini "Datterini" Marinati alla Mediterranea e Porri Fritti which is Roasted Octopus with Mashed Potatoes, Marinated "Datterini" Cherry Tomato "Mediterranean Style" and Crispy Leeks. The flavours, along with the texture of the octopus, work perfectly together to give your palate pure pleasure.

Don't forget. You may want to save room for dessert and not miss out on the Tiramisu, Crme Brule with Forest Berries, or the Rich Chocolate Cake with Coffee Ice Cream topped with Orange Sauce. These are just a few of the many mouth-watering selections on the dessert menu.
