- 1). Slide the motorcycle jack under the center of the motorcycle frame. Raise the motorcycle several inches off the ground.
- 2). Unscrew the center holding pin of the wheel with the proper sized socket.
- 3). Lay the tire flat on the ground.
- 4). Unscrew the air valve stem cap. Push the valve stem to one side with your finger to release all the air in the tire.
- 5). Kneel on the tire's sidewall.
- 6). Insert one flat-head screwdriver between the tire and the rim. Pry out on the handle. Insert the other screwdriver several inches to the right or left of the original screwdriver. Continue this process around the entire circumference of the rim to pry the tire off the rim.
