I get my clothes ready the night before.
I also go to bed early and get up early.
I know you may be thinking that this is impossible for you because you may be a night owl.
Believe me, it can be done.
I was once a night owl and had trouble getting up in the morning.
I no longer have this problem.

Probably on a regular basis.
If you make an appointment to workout than odds are you will keep it.
-You will find time if you cut back on television.

Think about it, which is more important, television or your health? -A huge time saver can be to chose to workout from home.
Getting all your gear together and driving to the gym takes time.
Why not spend the time that you would spend driving working out.
