Tim - I found this campground in Fodor's Campground Guide, and I RV camped there in May 2004.
Campground Review
At the time we camped the campground was still being built. So everything was and is new. Sites are spacious and clean. There are really two campgrounds. The upper sites are by the office. This area features the store, playground, heated pool, petting zoo, fishing lake, and game room.
The one drawback here is no shade at the sites. The sites are full hookup.
The lower campground sits right on the Ohio River and gives an excellent view. There is a bath-house here also and a playground. This campground is within walking distance of the Grand Victoria Casino, and the campground offers shuttle service if you would like to try your luck at the tables or slots. We didn't this time, but who knows what the future might bring?
All in all, we found this to be a quiet and excellent camping experience.
