The Most Guaranteed Way to Attract Leaders to Your MLM Biz
Sponsoring productive leaders into your downline and maintaining them can do wonders for your MLM biz.
I can say, one effective leader in your team is better than 100 'tire kickers'.
These leaders no longer need to be trained.
More often they are already motivated, and they already have a passion to succeed.
They also have advanced skills about marketing, and more often they have long experience in the field of network marketing.
The problem for most people is, how do you attract these MLM leaders and convince them to join your team? That's what I'm going to discuss in this article.
Here's how to attract leaders to your network marketing business: First, you have to understand what's going on in the mind of a leader.
To be able to do that, just place yourself in his or her shoes.
If you're a recognized leader in network marketing, what would convince you to join another MLM program under another upline? I think, leaders will primarily join another MLM opportunity if they believe that the new MLM they are joining is not an insult their intelligence.
If your MLM is just another basement ground floor opp, then who would jump into that, except MLM newbies and junkies who are not making money in any program anyway? Second, leaders will only join fellow leaders.
Third, leaders will usually join another MLM company that doesn't conflict with the previous 'empire' that they have built.
They will usually jump into a totally different industry than the first MLM they joined and succeeded with.
Now, to recruit leaders, you must also be a leader! Establish your expertise and reputation.
Don't be a fake! Skip the hype and exaggerated sales pitches when talking to MLM leaders.
Give them the straight scoop.
Tell them the number one unique factor that your MLM opportunity has that separates it from all other MLM companies that existed in the past.
Most importantly, do some research.
Find out the number one weakness that his former company has.
It could be a glitch in the marketing plan, a weak product feature, a trouble with the reputation of the founders.
After you find out this weakness, identify some characteristics and features of YOUR network marketing company that can satisfy the needs and wants that he or she is not experiencing in his/her former company.
Don't malign his previous company.
Respect it.
But do stress the important benefits that he will enjoy in your MLM, which he wasn't able to enjoy in the previous company he's been with.
