- 1). Click "Start" or tap the Windows key on your keyboard.
- 2). Chose "Help and Support" from the right side of the Start menu.
- 3). Select "Get Support, or Find Information in Windows XP Newsgroups" on the right side under the "Ask for Assistance" heading.
- 4). Choose one of the three options on the left side. Pick "Ask a Friend to Help" if you know someone to contact using remote assistance. Click "Get Help from Microsoft" to work with an online support professional. Select "Go to a Windows website Forum" if you'd like to collaborate with fellow Windows users about the issues you may be having.
