How to Run 32 Bit Applications on a Windows Vista 64 Bit X86 Directory
- 1). Open the 32-bit programs folder. Go to Start > Computer > Local Disk (C:), then click on "Program Files (x86)."
- 2). Open the desired program folder. The executable file for the program will be located inside the folder.
- 3). Double-click on the file with the ".exe" file extension. As an example, for the QuickTime program you would double-click on the "QuickTimePlayer.exe" file. You have now successfully run a 32-bit application in your 64-bit operating system.
