  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Preparation

Slice potato and yam into string fries. Marinate the potato strings in a splash of soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and adobo. They'll soak it up in an hour. Make a foil pack to size; just make sure the edges are sealed. Place the meat on the bottom of the foil, potatoes and vegetable on top. Season as desired. This can be cooked on a grill, in a fire (double wrap), or in an oven.

It takes about 30 minutes. Watch out for the steam.

Servings: as needed
