- 1). Contact your service provider and request an unlock code for your BlackBerry. If the company refuses to give it to you, you can purchase a code from mobileunlocksolutions.com, unlocktotalk.com or unlockallcellular.com.
- 2). Power on your BlackBerry and select "Menu" > "Settings Menu" > "SIM Card."
- 3). Hold down the "Shift" or "Alt" key and type "mped" (you may not see the text appear on screen as you type, but just type it out anyway). A list of locking categories should appear. Let go of the "Shift" or "Alt" key when you're finished typing.
- 4). Hold down the "Shift" or "Alt" key and type "mped2" (again, you may not see the text appear on screen as you type, but just type it out anyway). Let go of the "Shift" or "Alt" key when you're finished typing.
- 5). Enter the unlock code that you obtained earlier, when the screen asks for the "Network MEP Code." Press "Enter" when you're finished typing in the unlock code, and your BlackBerry 7105t will be unlocked.
