Looking to exercise to lose weight but not sure how to go about doing it?  There are many ways to exercise to lose weight, but I'm going to share with you some of the most effective ways of getting the job done: 1.
  Do HIIT
This stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
  If you want to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, you need to really hit the treadmill hard.
  You need to jog for a minute or minute and a half, then all out sprint for 30 seconds and repeat the process over and over.
  By doing this, you're able to get a superior burn, one that lasts long after you're done the workout! 2.
  Do Squats
Another exercise to try out is the squat.
  This burns so many calories it's crazy.
  Put a barbell behind your neck and squat down into a sitting position, then push the weight back up with your heels.
  This is a difficult exercise to perform with proper form, so make sure you read up on how to do it properly and start off with light weight so you don't injure your back.
Once you've perfected the form, this can not only give your legs a great workout, but your entire body will feel the burn.

  Deadlifts
Another powerful exercise to lose weight with is deadlifts.
  These involve you lifting a barbell up off the floor to a standing position then lowering it back down.
  Again, look up the proper form so you don't injure your back as this is can be a dangerous exercise if done wrong.
