- 1). Download and install a SWF-to-AVI converter such as Bytescout or MagicSwf 2 AVI. Select your SWF file in the program and click the "Convert" button to switch the format to AVI.
- 2). Connect your Dare to your computer with the USB cord. Click "Start" in Windows and select "Windows Media Player."
- 3). Click and drag your AVI file from your computer to the "Sync List" section located in the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player.
- 4). Click the "Sync" button to automatically convert and transfer the file from your computer to your LG Dare's memory.
