How to Make a Clear Hanging Heart for the Front Door
- 1). Lay four clear plastic sheets or laminating sheets in a square formation on a hard flat surface such as a table or a countertop.
- 2). Tape the clear sheets together with clear duct tape. You should now have one large sheet of clear plastic.
- 3). Lay a large heart-shaped stencil or cake pan on top of your clear plastic sheet.
- 4). Trace the shape of the cake pan or stencil onto the plastic sheet with a permanent marker.
- 5). Cut carefully with scissors along the traced lines of the permanent marker. You should now have a large clear plastic heart.
- 6). Punch a hole in the top right and top left side of the heart. Cut a long strand of fishing line.
- 7). Tie one end of the fishing line to the hole on the right side of the heart and the other end of the fishing line to the hole on the left side of the heart. Tightly knot the fishing line.
- 8). Hang the clear heart on your front door.
