103 94
Can you remember when you first fell in love? Was it love or was it pure lust? Often lust precedes love without realizing it.
As your heart thumps and your breath feels shallow whenever you were around your new love.
Work, family and all those other daily responsibilities of life were incidental and could be caught up with at any time, as long as you could spend time with your new love.
Love was, doubtless, followed by an engagement, marriage, perhaps children and all that goes with caring for babies.
Couple all this with a house to run, bills to pay, a family to organize and a feeling of tiredness that overwhelms you.
Is this really what you thought your lust would turn into? However long your marriage has been it does not have to mean the honeymoon period has to end.
Remember back to the effort you made when you were courting your partner.
You have to put in to get out.
If you just give your partner the daily routine of every day life that is all you will get back.
Give romance a chance and you will get it back.
Often we forget how to bring back the spark of romance to our marriage.
Here are some simple ideas to get you started.
As you practice some of these so more ideas will come naturally to you.
Dont be afraid to give as it will certainly be returned: 1.
Drop a note into your partners lunch box, work bag or coat pocket.
Tell them something you love about them 2.
Meet them after work for a cocktail.
Spend 15 minutes of time alone having a beer, just the two of you.
3.
When you spouse gets home from work be home already and have a picnic prepared - in the bedroom.
If the kids are around get them some pizza an make sure you are left alone for a couple of hours.
4.

Go for a round of golf, go handbag shopping, go bowling.
Even if you dont have a great time the fact you have arranged this and participate speaks volumes.
5.
Take a sexy picture of yourself and leave it in your spouses wallet or coat pocket for them to find later.
Put a note not he back suggesting you meet for lunch.
