Morning sickness is perhaps the most common condition experienced by most pregnant women and it is generally characterized by nausea and vomiting.
Other symptoms may include minor headaches and general fatigue.
If you're experiencing any of these, there is no cause for alarm.
Morning sickness is normal, and you can get through it with some relief.
Some of the things you can try are:
  • Eat what you want when you want it.
    Your cravings will not lead you the wrong way.

  • fatty, greasy, spicy, or acidic foods may cause you more vomiting.
  • don't worry too much about following a balanced diet at this stage and concentrate on keeping food down.
    When this becomes easier, then go back to a healthier diet.
Not all of these may work for you.
And when one doesn't work, don't give up.
