Get More People

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the "Black and White" folder. Open the folder "Data\Balance" and open the file "Placement Data" with Notepad or WordPad. Search for the line containing 'abode name="greek_abode_creche"' and look in the next four lines for "basevalue birthrate=0.06". Change this value to 10.0, and your people will multiply very quickly!
  
  

Invincible Creature

• In the "Data\Balance" folder, open the file "creature_pyshio.*" with Notepad or Word. Find the line "SecondsPerYear = 3600.000000" and change the value to "60." Your creature will grow one year per minute. Also, set the values of any of the following to "0" to make your creature less vulnerable: "PainFromForce," "DamageFromForce," "PainFromBeingOnFire," "DamageFromBeingOnFire," "PainFromEachStuckObject," "DamageFromEachStuckObject," "PainFromStarvation" and "DamageFromStarvation."
  
  

Afford Anything

• In the "Data\Balance" folder, find the file "GameBalanceArtefact.txt" and edit it. Search for any lines starting with "Artefact" and you can edit the tribute cost. The number directly after the name of the artefact is its value. Remember the initial values, or write them down, should you wish to restore them later.
