- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." Click "Internet Explorer." Your Web browser opens. Use the Resources link to navigate to the Smartlogic page and log in to your customer account.
- 2). Click "MySQL manager" in your main customer Control Panel. Click "Add Database" to add a database to your account. Type a name for your database. You must remember this name, because it is what you use when you program your scripts and Web pages.
- 3). Click the new database name shown in the left panel. The Smartlogic interface connects to the database. From here, you can create table designs and add data.
