- 1). Launch Outlook 2007 and select "Trust Center" from the "Tools" menu.
- 2). Click the "E-mail Security" tab in the left pane. Click to put a check mark in the box beside "Read all standard mail in plain text" under the "Read as Plain Text" heading on the right side of the window. Click the box beside "Read all digitally signed mail in plain text" if you also want to disable HTML for digitally signed messages.
- 3). Click "OK" to turn off HTML using the selected settings.
