• Built in 1859 by William A. Menger and John Fries, the Menger Hotel has served distinguished guests such as President Theodore Roosevelt, Babe Ruth, Mae West and Sarah Bernhardt. The five-story hotel has 316 guest rooms. There is a gym, spa, outdoor pool, valet parking, grand piano, Jacuzzi, colonial garden, bar and restaurant at the hotel. Complimentary coffee is available daily in the Victorian Lobby from 6:00 AM until 9:00 AM. Meeting rooms, banquet halls and a ballroom are available to conduct business and host special events. The ballroom holds 750 people.

Hotel Valencia

• Hotel Valencia is an elegant 213-room luxury hotel. The stylishly hip hotel is within walking distance of the San Antonio River and other major attractions, and comes with valet parking, a shopping center, fitness center, safe deposit boxes, same day laundry service and concierge.
  
  Designed by Dodd Mitchell, each guestroom includes Egyptian cotton linen, flat-screen LCD televisions, plantation shutters, high-speed wired and wireless Internet access, two-line speaker phones, a bar and handicap accessories. Bathrooms are designed with white Italian marble, stainless steel, hair dryer, a bath scale and lighted mirror.

• Located along the River Walk, Hotel Contessa is a five-star hotel that provides luxury accommodations for guests with exquisite taste. Personal concierge service is available upon request.
