Without this knowledge, you could be eating primarily from one end of the pH scale, and creating a dangerous imbalance in blood levels which can be destructive to every organ of your body.

If you make these simple, but consistent fresh food moves in your diet, you will be aiding and abetting your internal body wisdom and chemistry to slow your aging.
You will also experience enormous satisfaction as you look and feel younger longer.
