- 1). Check the tent trailer and locate the spots that are infected by molds or mildew. Do this while the tent trailer is fully set up and is placed upright for inspection.
- 2). Pour eight parts of warm water and one part bleach into your empty bucket. Mix both liquids with your stirrer to form the solution that will be used to kill and get rid of the mildew at the sides and other parts of your tent trailer.
- 3). Scrub the bleach solution onto the mildewed area of your tent trailer with your brush. Apply just enough force to remove the mildew little by little, while making sure not to damage the tent trailer in any way. Keep on scrubbing until the mildew cannot be seen.
- 4). Pour the remaining bleach solution in your empty spray bottle.
- 5). Spray the rest of the solution on the material of the tent trailer to prevent further growth of mildews and molds.
- 6). Pour water onto the affected areas to rinse off the solution lightly.
- 7). Leave the tent trailer to dry for at least two to three days before using.
