- 1). Start Windows Media Player.
- 2). Click the "Burn" button. Click the "Burn Options" icon. Select "Data CD." Insert a blank CD-R into your computer's optical drive.
- 3). Drag and drop the MP3s you want to add to the CD into the "List" window. Manually move the files to position their play order. Click the "Start Burn" button to begin the burn.
