What Will Drive You to Sort Out Your Debt Problem?
In today's Sunday papers, there is an article about the now famous comedian Michael McIntyre and how and his wife Kitty were in debt by about £40,000 until 3 years ago.
As many people in debt will know, you can't just get out of debt - something has to change and YOU have to make that change happen.
For Michael, it was the birth of his son Lucas that was the motivation he needed to get better as comedy and pay off his debts.
Interestingly, it was his commitment to following his dream of becoming a stand-up comedian which drove him £40,000 into debt.
But he recognised he needed to change, once his family circumstances changed.
If you have debts, what will it take for you to start taking positive action about your debts? Michael made an internal change to his mindset and determined to do better - to become a better comedian, to work better and even do appearances to promote himself, regardless of whether he got paid.
So he made a decision and his internal motivation drove him to success.
