What is the Cause of Fatigue in the Body?

When you feel tired and do not want to do anything, it can be fatigue rather than just normal tiredness.
Fatigue is a symptom with a cause.
It is not a specific disorder or disease.
If you suffer from fatigue, you feel tired all the time, in your mind and body.
Suffering from fatigue can slow your reflexes which reduces what you can do in your daily life.
This type of tiredness is a known risk factor in motor vehicle and workplace accidents.
It can be a difficult thing to control as you do not have the strength, motivation and desire to get rid of it.
This then feeds back onto itself so that you are cannot think clearly enough to resolve it.
When you look at the literature some of the identified causes of fatigue are: o Not getting enough sleep.
o Having too much sleep.
o Taking too much alcohol or drugs.
o Having disturbances during sleep.
o Not exercising enough or having a sedentary behavior.
o Not getting the right nutrients, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats and proteins in your diet.
o Personal problems.
However, these and other causes I have not listed, are actually symptoms rather than causes.
They are seen as causes because they are usually physical and can be measured.
Therefore we say they cause the fatigue.
If you are a person who is not getting enough sleep and this is causing you to be fatigued.
What is the reason or the cause of the lack of sleep? Often it is the thoughts that are going through your mind; the worries, concerns, or even adventures that could happen in your life.
So where do these come from? They are from your subconscious.
This is the part of the mind that does not think or analyses.
It just holds your thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, decision you have made and all your history.
It is because of the subconscious that you behave the way you do.
It is because of the subconscious that you have poor sleeping habits.
It is because of the subconscious that you have fatigue.
So, rather than focusing on the external causes of fatigue, if you want to get rid of it, you need to focus on the internal cause of fatigue.
