Is yeast intolerance making your life miserable? You don't have to live with this condition forever.
You can feel healthy again with a diet of yeast free foods.
A diet without yeast does not mean that you will be deprived of your favourite foods.
There are many foods that do not contain yeast.
Examples of yeast free foods include vegetable soup, hummus, rice dishes (without soya sauce), Tabouleh, fruit, salads, nuts and sunflower seeds.
You can even get bread made without yeast.
Here's a recipe on how to make yeast free bread: Measure 3 cups whole wheat flour, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 and ½ cups water and ¼ cup fat such as melted butter, olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
 combined liquid ingredients and add it to dry ingredients slowly.
Mix well into a dough..
Dough should be moist but not sticky.
Do not overwork the dough.
Shape into a ball or an oval, with oiled hands.
Place on clean baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes at 400F/200C/Gas Mark 6.

 This will take away the frustration of looking for the right food for your diet and make could even make cooking fun.
 When planning your yeast free diet, select food that do not require yeast as an ingredient and find substitutes on food that traditionally contain yeast.
Consider using baking powder and lemon juice to substitute yeast in baking and buying yeast free stock cube for added flavouring.
