- 1). Download "Rope" fonts from the link provided in the Resources section.
- 2). Open a new document in Microsoft Word. Set the paper size by going to the "File" menu and selecting "Page Setup." Go to the "Paper" tab and set the width to 3.5 and the length to 4.875.
- 3). Click on the "Align Center" button and select the "Rope" font. Choose a dark font color, so that the writing is legible.
- 4). Type details, such as the date, time, location and RSVP information. List any materials that your guests should bring. Include a poem or a catchy phrase.
- 5). Insert a couple of clip art images related to knitting (see Resources).
- 6). Print the invitations on card stock, and insert them into knitted mittens.
