Transferring Songs from the Zen

• 1). Connect the Zen to the computer using a USB sync cable.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Computer/My Computer" folder in the desktop Start menu.
  
  
• 3). Double-click on the drive folder that represents the Zen. Double-click on the "Music" folder inside the drive folder.
  
  
• 4). Locate the audio file that needs the ID3 tags updated. Drag the audio file from the Music folder and drop it on the computer desktop.
  
  

Update ID3 Tags with Windows Media Player

• 1). Launch Windows Media Player.
  
  
• 2). Select the "Library" tab. Click on one of the playlists listed in the "Playlists" menu.
  
  
• 3). Drag the audio file from the desktop, and drop it in the "Play" list in the right pane of the Windows Media Player interface. Drag the file from the "Play" list in the right pane, and drop it into the Playlist window in the main pane.
  
  
• 4). Right-click on the file in the Playlist window and select "Edit."
  
  
• 5). Enter the new information for the file such as the song title, artist name and album name. Press "Enter."
  
  
• 6). Click the "Sync" tab and drag the file from the main pane to the "Sync List" in the right pane. Hit "Start Sync" and Windows Media Player will sync the newly edited file back to the Creative Zen player.
