- 1). Combine the instant oatmeal, strawberry Jell-o and water in large bowl.
- 2). Stir the ingredients together until well blended.
- 3). Pour the mixture into a plastic bag and seal tightly.
- 4). Press the mixture into a flat slab and let it sit for two to three days.
- 5). Roll the mixture into marble-sized balls and attach one ball to each hook to use as bait.
