Yogurt and Almond Nuts for Candida Foods

If you want to know more about yogurt and almond nuts for candida foods, I suggest you read this article.
A friend of mine has a Yogotherm for making yogurt, and the only way she has tried is with skim milk and a couple spoon full of commercial plain yogurt.
Two days later, her yogurt is a little runnier than the commercial stuff, but she thinks they add gelatin to thicken it.
She is curious to what others do with their homemade yogurt.
She is also hearing conflicting opinions about nut butter.
Someone told her it helps kill candida and then she read elsewhere that it can make candida worse! She wonders what the real truth is.
It really bothers her to hear conflicting opinions lately because she is on a very strict candida diet that allows almond butter.
I have to say, do be very careful with homemade yogurt! If it is contaminated in any way, you can get the most awful case of food poisoning.
You can just buy Dannon plain yogurt with live acidophilus cultures in it and no flavored or sweetened flavors.
However, the yogurt is great if you sweeten it with some Stevia.
It takes that bad taste out of it, makes it sweet, and helps good flora in your intestines without affecting the blood sugar.
Also, try to drink Pau d'Arco tea.
Plain isn't great, and it is yummy with Stevia in it.
It fights yeast, inflammation, parasites, fungus, and a bunch of other things.
Almonds and almond butter are perfectly fine for me personally.
I have been on this several times now and I always have it with rice cakes (sugarless).
If we listen to what all the diets/nutritionists say, we can't have anything more than air.
My diet is so restrictive I have found myself cheating a little, but again, almond is definitely fine for me.
If you don't get any allergic reaction, you can continue using it.
