I think it would be safe to say that the majority of men reading this would be guys who have some experience with sex.
I would also go on to say that they are not satisfied with their lasting time.

Let me share with you 3 proven techniques that myself and many others have used to beat premature ejaculation: Technique 1.
- Control The Sensations
For the younger men who are less experienced, the sensations from being inside the vagina can be overwhelming.
Seriously, you don't even have to have movement and the sensations from the warmth and the contraction of the vagina muscles alone can cause ejaculation.
Now add movement to it and you can understand why there are guys who can only last 1-2 minutes.
The best cure for this that I have found is to gain more experience by spending more time with your penis inside the vagina.
The more experience, the longer you will last.
If you can't do that, then while taking a shower, make sure to handle yourself to an erection and place in the line of hot water.
Allow the hot water to flow over the penis as you masturbate.
Technique 2.
- Control Your Arousal By Controlling Your Mind
So many guys have mental anxiety caused by prior poor performances in bed.
After a consistent pattern of poor performances, your mind is trained to think about poor performances the next time you have sex.
And, your body will perform exactly how the mind is thinking.
Therefore, it is critical that you have the ability to control the thoughts going through your mind during sex.
The best method I have found is to concentrate on counting the number of thrusts I make and my breathing technique during those thrusts.
I make sure to take slow and controlled thrusts with deep breaths.
I inhale while backing out of the vagina and I exhale while moving into the vagina.
By counting and controlling my breathing, I take my mind off anything else thus, lasting longer.
Technique 3.
- Take Advantage Of The Grind
When you get just prior to the "point of no return" during thrusting, make sure to stop with the penis as deep inside the vagina as possible.
The reason is that the deeper you can put the head of the penis, the less stimulation.
The reason for this is because the strongest contraction of the vagina (which puts pressure on the penis) is found in the first 2 inches of the vagina.
Now you can start grinding, or moving the penis shaft up and down against the clitoris.
Do not use an 'in and out' motion.
Just use an 'up and down' motion.
By doing this, you will continue to stimulate your partner but you will be able to lower your arousal level.
Once you have lowered your level, repeat thrusting.
