    • 1). Measure your wrist with a tape measure, extend the measurements by about 2 inches and record the measurements.

    • 2). Select a silicone sheet, ¼ inch wide of your preferred color from the array of colors available. Lay the silicone sheet on a flat stable surface. Place a ruler on the silicone sheet and cut it using a sharp knife to fit your wrists measurements. Cut the sheet as carefully as possible to avoid rugged edges.

    • 3). Place letter stencils on the silicone sheet and spell out your strength message. Apply acrylic paint over the stencil and let it dry for 3 hours. Remove the stencil and leave the silicone sheet to dry for another 12 hours. Alternatively, write or draw your strength message or symbol on the silicone sheet with a permanent marker, let it dry for 2 minutes and repeat the drawing or writings. Repeat the process until you achieve your desired effect.

    • 4). Apply super glue to one loose end of the bracelet. Ensure the glue does not come into contact with your fingers.

    • 5). Curve the silicone sheet into a bracelet. Attach the glued end to the opposite end and hold them together for 3 minutes. Let the glue dry.
