Now I'll explain one of the great exercises that I use to lose belly fat and make those those six pack abs a reality.
First, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms hanging by your sides.
Second, inhale deeply, once full you forcefully bend over and exhale at the same time, placing your arms below your knees when fully bent over, don't inhale.
Third, slowly bend back up, keep hands in front of your body, palms resting on the front of your thighs.
As you rise up, you pull your diaphragm up, this should pull your stomach in and expand your chest.
When your fully vertical maintain your diaphragm pulled and hold for a few seconds, then you inhale deeply and repeat.
This exercise not only helps you lose belly fat and define your six pack, but it is also a great deep breathing exercise.
Do it early mornings before eating.
