Stress and noise often cause headaches.
Find a quiet area where your mind can rest.
Close your eyes and let go of your thoughts.
If necessary, focus your thinking on a pleasant experience such a child, a good time in your life, or a pet.
Think about things that do not require deep thought.
Focus your mind on supper, a TV show, or the weather.
If possible, lay down.
