- 1). Play in Tournament Mode. Each tournament provides a special lure to the winner.
- 2). Use the lure found on the previous tournament for the next one. Lures increase the likelihood of catching fish and the largest fish are often attracted by the lures in sequence.
- 3). Change the color of your lures by selecting them from the tackle menu and pressing up or down on the controller. Try to match the brightness of the lure to the waters in which you are fishing. Use brighter lures in murkier water and darker, more complex lures in clear waters.
- 4). Obtain the Sonic lure by winning the final tournament. The game tournaments all lead up to the finals and award a Sonic the Hedgehog lure which is perfect for all waters.
