- 1). Place off all the contents that you'd like to send to your loved one in a large shipping box. Tape the box up with shipping tape to ensure the contents stay in the box.
- 2). Take the box to your local post office, UPS Store or FedEx store. Make sure that you get a receipt confirming the package is being sent. You will need this receipt to track your items.
- 3). Log onto the Internet and go to the appropriate website (USPS.com, UPS.com, FedEx.com).
- 4). Click on the Tracking Tab for each website.
USPS: click on "Track and Confirm"
UPS: click "Tracking"
FedEx: click on "Track" - 5). Enter the Confirmation Number/Receipt Number in the Tracking Box. Click "Track" or "Go." A new window will pop up telling you where the package is and when it will get to the recipient.
