It seems that people are always emailing me asking me what the proper way to build muscle is.
This has always confused me because they can simply do a search online and figure it out for themselves.
I decided to do a search online just to see the kind of information out there, then I quickly realized why there is so much confusion.
It seems like just about every website tells you to do something different.
In this article we are going to be talking about three ways to help you build a lot of muscle.
1-What supplements do you need to take The reason I am talking about this one first is because it seems like this is where most of the confusion is.
When you go on certain websites they will tell you in order to build muscle you need to take certain supplements.
The truth is that supplements are not necessary.
They do help sometimes, but you should save your money and only purchase protein.
Later in your lifting career creating might help as well.
2-What exercises should you do? There are so many workout out there that have you do all isolation exercises and so many workouts that have you do only compound exercises.
So which one is better? A mix of the two is the best, but if you had to choose one I would go with compound movements because they hit more muscles groups and get your testosterone flowing which will help with recovery.
3-How often should you train? I am sure you have all seen workouts that have you training your full body three times per week, and I am sure you have all seen workouts that have you training each muscle group only one time per week.
We recommend you try all of them.
Some work better for others and it is a matter of experimenting.
